Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this situation, please email us at hello@plainvernal.com and describe the issue and if possible provide a photo of the item.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us through email may not be accepted.
